It's official...Carter is no longer a baby! Today is his 3rd birthday, and it just doesn't seem possible that my 6.0 lb sweet baby has turned into such a smart, handsome boy! He has brought so much joy into our lives, and we are lucky that God chose us to be his parents! Happy Birthday, Carter-Roo, we love you!!!
